Features

What BakerySuite Server takes care of for you.

  • Recipe control

The server specifies which step is carried out when and with which quantities – on the line and in the machine.

Maintain recipes directly in BakerySuite – or let your ERP lead.

  • Order distribution

Production orders are assigned to specific lines and terminals, and their progress is tracked.

  • Connects all clients

Touch terminals, PLC, Connect and Control Panel communicate via the server – one consistent data set.

  • Users & permissions

Define who may change recipes, release orders or view reports.

  • Change log

Every recipe change is traceable: who changed what, and when.

Two operating models

Your ERP leads – or BakerySuite does.

You decide where your recipes are maintained. BakerySuite Server adapts to your system landscape.

  • ERP-led

Recipes and orders are maintained in your ERP system, e.g. SAP Business One or Navision. BakerySuite Server imports them via BakerySuite Connect and keeps them ready for production – even if the ERP is temporarily unavailable.

  • Own recipe management

You maintain your recipes directly in BakerySuite – with user permissions and a change log. Ideal if your ERP does not hold production-ready recipes.

One recipe, identical everywhere

No more outdated recipe printouts.

When a recipe is changed, the new version applies immediately – at the terminal on the shop floor just as in the plant control. All operators and machines work with exactly the same specification.

If recipes come from your ERP, BakerySuite Connect synchronises them automatically.

  • One database for all lines
  • Changes take effect in production immediately
  • Full record of who changed what and when

It is the hub of BakerySuite: it manages recipes and orders, controls recipe execution and connects all clients – touch terminals, PLC control, ERP interface and Control Panel.

On-premise in your company network or as a cloud version. Today the server runs on Windows; a headless Linux version, centrally managed via the BakerySuite Control Panel, is in preparation. Learn more under Operation & technology.

Where do the recipes come from?
