Batch traceability
Every batch. Fully documented.
Which flour batch went into which product? With BakerySuite you answer this question in seconds – because batches are recorded directly at the terminal during production.

How it works
Traceability as a by-product of production.
Recorded on the line
The raw material batches used are recorded during recipe execution at BakerySuite Touch.
Backward & forward
From finished product to raw materials – and from one raw material batch to all affected products.
Synchronised with ERP
Via BakerySuite Connect, batch information is also available in the ERP.
Audits & recalls
Prepared when it matters.
Under Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, food businesses must be able to show who supplied their raw materials and to whom they delivered their products. Standards such as IFS Food and BRCGS additionally require effective internal traceability.
BakerySuite helps you meet these requirements in everyday production – without additional paper lists.
- Fast answers to customer enquiries
- Pinpoint affected products in a recall
- Digital evidence for audits

Frequently asked questions
How does batch traceability work in BakerySuite?
When a recipe is executed at the terminal, the raw material batches used are recorded and assigned to the production order. This automatically creates the link between raw material and finished product.
Does BakerySuite help with IFS and BRC audits?
BakerySuite provides digital documentation of batches and production steps that serves as evidence of traceability in IFS Food or BRCGS audits. The certification itself, of course, remains the responsibility of your quality management.
