Reports & KPIs
Your production. Made measurable.
Because every station reports its batches to BakerySuite, the data for sound production KPIs is created as a by-product – from the individual station to a comparison of your sites.

KPIs
What you can measure.
Output
Quantity produced in pieces – per line, production unit, site and in total.
Throughput
Pieces or batches per hour, per line and per station to identify bottlenecks.
Order progress
Actual versus target batches per station – with a forecast for order completion.
Availability & changeover times
Share of production time in shift time, and the time between two orders.
Stoppages, MTTR & MTBF
Number and duration of stoppages, mean stoppage duration and mean running time between two stoppages.
Performance vs. normal
How fast is a station running compared with its usual pace?
Equipment effectiveness
Availability × performance per line – a clear figure for the efficiency of your lines.
Comparisons
Lines and sites side by side – per shift, day, week and month.
Batches & weighing
Which raw material batches went into which orders? Go to traceability
Honest figures
KPIs you can trust.
BakerySuite measures what is actually reported – and deliberately names its KPIs honestly. That is why equipment effectiveness is not called “OEE” as long as no rejects are recorded.
Stoppages are detected from missing reports. The system learns its reference values from its own history; where required, you can enter target cycle times manually.
- A timestamp for every value
- Learned or manual reference values – always labelled
- Own history, independent of the production databases

Frequently asked questions
Which KPIs does BakerySuite provide?
Among others: output, throughput, order progress, availability, changeover times, stoppage time and count, MTTR, MTBF, performance vs. normal, equipment effectiveness and order lead time – per station, line, shift and site.
Does BakerySuite calculate OEE?
Not under that name: a genuine OEE requires the quality factor, which is missing as long as no rejects are recorded. BakerySuite therefore reports equipment effectiveness (availability × performance).
Where do the reference values come from without target times in the recipe?
BakerySuite learns the typical reporting interval per station and item from history. Alternatively, you can specify target cycle times manually.
